5 things to help prevent the Flu
The Flu season seems to be in full force and on everybody’s mind. If you had the flu before or had a child with it you know you don’t want it again, it’s awful!!
I’m giving away my health secrets this morning because I am a true believer that these have worked on keeping my family well this season.
I am not a doctor and am not telling you what to do and of course, always ask a health professional before taking anything. Especially if you have medical conditions or are on other medications.
These are the 5 things I have done all season to keep myself and my family well. I have taken all 5, and for my kids, I have crushed the zinc and Cognaplex up and mixed in applesauce or grape juice. I have given my kids the Zarbees Elderberry Immune Support. I can’t lie….I have taken them also. They taste amazing. lol

There are cheaper brands of Zinc, but this is a great one, and I wanted to include what I am taking specifically.
This is how I am taking extra Vitamin C, but I think any kind of Vitamin C will work. My kids take it well this way.
I really don’t mind the taste of vinegar, and either does my kids which I know is odd lol. If you are a person like my husband that hates the taste go for the second option. I am a true believer in Apple Cider Vinegar! It is excellent for so many things besides keeping you flu-free.
I have also added a few things in-case you get the flu or start feeling some kind of way. Start taking these immediately.
Take the Zicam and Oscillococcinum every two to three hours if you feel you have the flu. Take the other recommendations to keep your immune system up and prevent from getting the flu or even a cold.
