Western Inspired Top

This picture was taken at my dad’s farm in Oklahoma. Many people thought I would move to the city after getting my first degree in apparel, but it’s hard to leave such beauty. The open fields, flowing water, tractors, and hay bales. They are all in my blood, and it wouldn’t feel like home without them.

The hay season has gone extra long this year. The rain cycle did not happen like usual, so there was not enough hay in the begging of summer. This caused farmers to have to continue baling into fall. This is not a very common thing in Arkansas, but everyone is thankful there is now enough hay for winter.

This top is one of my favorite fall tops. It is a Free People. The color, texture, and fit is perfect. I also love the snap buttons and western flare the top has. It is true to size.

I have it paired with high rise Joe’s Skinny Jean. They are 40 percent off right now at Nordstroms. I have worn these jeans so much. This is a great buy!

My boots are Melissa Fry Button Distressed. We did a lot of walking at the corn maze, and this outfit was perfect!

Pictures were taken by my little :)
